GTBUILD has 2 factories dedicated to the production of building profiles up to 3 meters in length and in various thicknesses. The production is made up of cutting, punching, bending, printing, label attaching, wrapping and shipping. The processes are optimized to minimize process time and manual input to create the lowest prices possible.
GTBUILD has been manufacturing profiles for the construction industry since 2007. Our building profiles are made of the best materials in Aluminium, Titan Zinc or ground with a 2-layer high quality plastic paint for long durability.
Our product range for profiles covers the areas of roof, wall, facade and pest protection.
Aluminium profiles extend the life of your wood and masonry by dewatering or protecting against rain and snow or pest infiltration. The surface of the chosen aluminium material is slightly matt, avoiding annoying glare from the profiles in sunlight. Aluminium products last for decades and are environmentally friendly, as aluminium can be recycled and does not emit hazardous substances. Dirt and impurities can be easily removed with neutral detergents.
Moulded profiles provide an even better and more uniform, stable and life-extending paint than if you apply the paint yourself after assembly. The paint is applied during the production of the raw material at the aluminium plant and applied in several layers.
If you want to give your facade or roof a slightly more exclusive look and even longer life, choose Titan Zinc. Titanium Zinc (International standard EN 988) is an extremely durable material that has been used over the last several hundred years, due to its good corrosion stability and beautiful patina, even after many years in the Danish climate.
GTBUILD has been involved in the development of underfloor heating systems in Europe for more than 10 years, and can now call ourselves the leading manufacturer of heat distribution panels in Scandinavia. Our range covers all needs ø16mm, ø17mm and ø20mm. PE pipes in these dimensions fit in our sheets, also the sheets come in several lengths, widths and thicknesses. We have the largest range of length, width, plate thickness and pipe diameter. We stock these and have day to day delivery.
Our engineers have developed a design that makes our plates a little better. The omega shape wraps around the PE pipe for maximum heat transfer. Tolerance control on manufacturing provides the necessary clearance between pipe and floor, and our self-locking plates fit perfectly into most wood track plates.
For fastening the building profiles we have a large program of own cam nails with or without sealing washer, stainless steel screws, hammer nuts and dowels.
These fasteners are made from the best materials and come in a nice presentable packaging for easy storage in store or at home.
In addition to these main components, the GTBUILDS range also includes a large selection of hand tools. Like all our products, our tools are produced to a high quality and with a focus on creating value for our customers.
GTBUILD started developing new products in the field of fencing and accessories in 2021.
Post caps for the protection of wooden posts are now available in copper, stainless steel, black painted aluminium and galvanised steel in all common sizes.
GTBUILD’s plumbing products are carefully selected and produced by our subcontractors based on designs by GTBUILD’s designers and engineers. Products include. Brass fitting, pipe support and rosettes.
